Terms and Conditions of Use for spkt4

Clause 1Interpretation and Scope

In this document, "spkt4", "we", "platform" or "website" refers to the online betting platform accessible at https://spkt4.org, operating under international licensing.

"User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers or uses any part of the spkt4 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, and arcade games.

These terms and conditions cover the entire relationship between spkt4 and users of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, use of bonuses, and all gaming activities conducted through this platform.

Clause 2User Eligibility

To register and use spkt4 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a region or country that specifically prohibits online gambling.
• Not be on a self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of spkt4 staff.

spkt4 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Users who cannot verify their eligibility may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Clause 3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen along with cancellation of any existing balances.

Users must provide accurate, correct and complete information during registration, including full name, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, mobile number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account termination.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their username and account password confidential. Any activity carried out through your account — including all transactions and bets — is considered your own action.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the spkt4 customer support team immediately via live chat or email, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Clause 4Deposits and Payment Methods

spkt4 accepts a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM30. No general maximum deposit limit is set, though some payment methods may impose their own limits.

All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. spkt4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to keep proof of transaction in case any dispute arises.

Funds deposited into a spkt4 account must come from a legitimate source and must not be proceeds from illegal activities. spkt4 reserves the right to conduct checks and request clarification on the source of funds at any time.

Clause 5Withdrawals

Withdrawals to user accounts are processed using the same payment method as the original deposit. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

Before the first withdrawal is processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification procedure (KYC). Documents commonly required include a copy of the MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

spkt4 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals if there are signs of suspicious activity, unresolved disputes, or if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met.

Any taxes, duties or charges imposed by authorities or payment providers on withdrawal transactions are solely the user's responsibility.

Clause 6Bonuses and Promotions

spkt4 offers various types of bonuses to members, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

The spkt4 welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit value up to a maximum of RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received — not the deposit amount. For example, if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, and you need to place bets totalling RM2,250 (RM150 × 15) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. spkt4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• The use of betting strategies intended to manipulate bonus requirements is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, spkt4 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and freeze the relevant account.

Clause 7Game Rules

All games available on the spkt4 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, cricket betting, and arcade games — are run using a certified random number generator (RNG) or through live sessions with real dealers.

The results of all games are final. Any technical errors that occur during a game session will be investigated and resolved in accordance with spkt4's prevailing policy. spkt4 reserves the right to cancel or correct any bet affected by a proven technical error.

Users are not permitted to use any software, bots or automated methods to play or place bets on the spkt4 platform. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances in the account.

Clause 8User Conduct and Fair Use

Users agree to use the spkt4 platform for legitimate entertainment purposes only and not to use it for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing account information with other individuals.
• Engaging in unlawful collusion with other users in any game.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Posting offensive, threatening or deceptive content on spkt4 communication channels.

spkt4 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Clause 9Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting spkt4 customer support. Valid funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant conditions have been met.

spkt4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• There is suspicious or unusual activity in the account.
• The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The user is found to have registered multiple accounts.
• The account is linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, spkt4 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses and winnings held in that account.

Clause 10Limitation of Liability

spkt4 provides its platform and services "as is". We make no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation, timeliness or ongoing stability of the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, spkt4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or exemplary loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system delays or game outcomes.

spkt4 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to a user's account as a result of the user's own negligence in keeping their account information confidential.

Clause 11Responsible Gambling

spkt4 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We support efforts to maintain a safe gaming environment for all our users.

Users who feel that their gambling activity may be becoming a problem can contact spkt4 customer support, which operates 24/7, to request:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits set on their account.
• Maximum bet limits per session.
• Temporary account suspension for a specified period.
• Full self-exclusion from the spkt4 platform.

spkt4 does not allow account registration for individuals under the age of 21. We encourage parents and guardians to use appropriate parental control software to prevent children and teenagers from accessing online gambling platforms.

Clause 12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws under the international licence through which spkt4 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties involved.

If any dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing body that regulates spkt4.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed while the remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.
